About Wintactix
Wintactix is a fully remote CRM and analytics implementation agency serving clients across the world.
What sets us apart is the standard we hold for business software. We do not see tools like CRM, analytics, automation, or internal systems as things that sit beside the business. We see them as part of the company’s operating structure.
A CRM is not there to satisfy the idea that “the company needs a CRM.” It should hold the logic of the business: what matters, how things relate, what needs to happen next, who owns what, and which information the team can rely on.
That is the standard we build toward.
Our clients are companies that want their systems to carry real operational weight. They do not want software sitting on the side as admin overhead. They want systems that help the business run better: clearer ownership, stronger processes, better data and more reliable reporting.
Our work is to help them get there.
That means understanding the business deeply enough to design the right schema, make the right trade-offs, and turn the company’s operating logic into a system people can rely on.
What we help with
We help companies design and implement CRM systems that match the real structure of their business.
That usually includes defining the schema, deciding which objects should exist, mapping the relationships between them, structuring the right properties, and making sure the system can support how the business needs to operate.
In practice, this can include:
- CRM architecture and schema design
- Custom objects, relationships, properties, lists, and views
- Data modeling for complex or non-standard business structures
- Deciding what should live inside the CRM versus outside it
- Designing ownership models and handoffs between teams
- Building automations and API integrations
- Data migration, cleanup, and restructuring
- Dashboards and reporting structures
- Integrations with tools like PostHog, Stripe, Slack, calendars, forms, databases, and internal systems
- Turning unclear operational requirements into a concrete CRM setup
How we work
We start with discovery before implementation.
The purpose of discovery is to understand the business at the structural level: what the system needs to represent, which entities matter, how those entities relate to each other, what information needs to be reliable, and what the CRM needs to support as the company grows.
From there, we design the schema and implementation plan.
That includes the object model, relationships, properties, views, automations, integrations, reporting structure, and the boundaries of what should live inside the CRM versus outside it.
Once the direction is clear, we move into implementation.
We usually work in weekly sprints. Each week, we agree on the priorities, define what will be built, review progress together, and adjust where needed. This keeps the project structured while still allowing the system to improve as the details become clearer.
The goal is not just to launch a CRM. The goal is to leave the client with a foundational system they understand, trust, and can keep using properly.
Best fit
We are a strong fit for companies that want to build a foundational system, not just configure a CRM.
That usually means companies that care about getting the structure right early: the schema, the data model, the ownership logic, the integrations, the reporting, and the way different teams interact with the same system.
We work best with clients who see CRM as business infrastructure and are willing to invest the time and budget needed to make it solid.
We are naturally a strong fit for companies using PostHog. Our sister agency, HogHelper, focuses exclusively on PostHog consulting, so we can help connect operational CRM structure with product, customer, and lifecycle data.
