We have already implemented Twenty for a real business use case with LivinAds, a digital marketing company managing leads generated through advertising campaigns.

As part of the implementation, we developed a native WhatsApp workflow integration for Twenty using the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. It supports free-form messages, approved templates, dynamic CRM and workflow values, international phone-number normalization, structured error handling and a provider abstraction designed for future WhatsApp providers.

We also released the WhatsApp integration as an open-source project so the wider Twenty community can use and build on it.
