Role

You’ll be working with Thomas (our CPO & Designer) on Twenty designs:

  1. UI/UX Design

    • Create user interfaces for new features

    • Design intuitive workflows and interactions

    • Contribute to improving existing features


  2. Own Our Figma Design System

    • Keep design elements consistent across the product

    • Collaborate with designers and devs to maintain a polished look and feel


  3. Manage Projects

    • Coordinate with developers, track progress, remove roadblocks

    • Communicate updates so the whole team stays on the same page.

    • Create clear design specifications for implementation


You

  • Design Sensibility: Good understanding of UI/UX principles with eagerness to learn and grow

  • Figma Master: Figma has no secret for you.

  • Tech Lover: Curious about how software is built; keen to learn basic coding. Love productivity tools (Raycast, Notion…)

  • Strong English Skills: We communicate with an international community.

  • BONUS: You're an aspiring startup founder eager to learn how to build products, design, and manage a startup.

Interview Process

  1. 15-Min Intro Call — Quick chat about motivation and fit.

  2. 2-Hour Test — Practical exercise to see how you work and think.

  3. 1-Hour Technical/Product Interview — Deeper dive into your problem-solving approach.

  4. Team Meet & Greet — Informal session to ensure good culture fit.
