Role

Shape New Features
Work with Thomas on what to build next.
Break down how the feature should function.
Build clear specs for developers.
Own Our Figma Design System
Keep design elements consistent across the product.
Collaborate with designers and devs to maintain a polished look and feel.
Talk to Users
Gather feedback, understand user challenges, and report insights back to the team.
Ensure every new feature actually solves real problems.
Drive Project Follow-Up
Coordinate with developers, track progress, remove roadblocks.
Communicate updates so the whole team stays on the same page.
Publish Product Updates
Write short marketing copy about new features and improvements.
Help spread the word on social and in our community.
